Depending on whether the Client wants to create its own, new hotel brand or to establish cooperation with the international / existing hotel brand (operator), our team can offer the following individual, or set of services:

International / Existing Hotel Brand (Operator)

  • Feasibility study and analysis of a specific hotel market (necessary as a base for negotiations with any international hotel brand).
  • Expert assessments and proposals for the improvement and optimization of existing studies or projects.
  • Set-up of Initial hotel budget.
  • Establishing contact with suitable international hotel operator, considering all the parameters of a particular project (hotel segment, the initial budget, concept, number of rooms).
  • Providing support to the Client in the process of negotiations with potential international hotel operator, in order to ensure the most efficient Hotel Management Agreement for the client.

New Hotel Brand

  • Feasibility study and analysis of a specific hotel market (necessary as a base for development of a new hotel brand).
  • Expert assessments and proposals for the improvement and optimization of existing studies or projects.
  • Creation of concept (theme) for the new hotel brand.
  • Creation of concept related content and services of the new hotel brand.

Hotel Project Management

Hotel Project Management is a service that is providing an assurance to the client that his ideas, adopted solutions and signed agreements will be implemented fully, within the agreed timeline and approved budget. In relation to whether the client decided to establish the cooperation with international / existing hotel operator or to create its own brand, we can offer the following services:

International / Existing Hotel Brand (Operator)

  • Coordination with the selected international hotel operator to ensure that the technical standards of the operator are assimilated with local laws and regulations.
  • Analysis and optimization of the existing plans / construction designs before and during the construction phase in order to ensure compliance with regulations for obtaining the desired categorization / Operational licence.
  • Supervision and technical support in all phases of construction of the hotel project.
  • Coordination of the process of obtaining the desired categorization / operational license for hotel project.
  • Coordination with the selected international hotel operator departments (sales & marketing, food & beverage, rooms, human resources, finance) to ensure that the strategy is in line with the client’s needs and business objectives.

New Hotel Brand

  • Analysis and optimization of the existing plans / construction designs before and during the construction phase in order to ensure compliance with regulations for obtaining the desired categorization / Operational licence.

Hotel Operation Review is a service we provide to the Client who is not satisfied with the financial results or hotel service in any operational sector of the existing hotel. Danijela Ćujić Sekulski, direktor projekta

Danijela ima dvadesetpetogodišnje profesionalno iskustvo i više od dvadeset godina iskustva u poslovima visokog menadžmenta, razvoja poslovanja i projekata u raznim industrijama. Rođena u Beogradu, Danijela je svoju karijeru započela u hotelskoj industriji u kompaniji Hyatt International gde je na kraju svog angažmana radila kao direktor prodaje i marketinga i član specijalnog tima za razvoj projekata i otvaranje novih hotela u regionima Evrope, Afrike i Bliskog Istoka. Uspešno je otvorila osam novih Hyatt Hotela.

Nakon toga je vodila reorganizaciju i rekonstrukciju kompleksa Belog Dvora finansiranu od strane Vlade Republike Srbije, zatim rukovodila privatnom avio kompanijom da bi se vratila svojoj najvećoj strasti, a to je razvoj luksuznih i hotelskih projekata. Danijela se pridružila od samog početka G. Peteru Mank-u u razvoju Porto Montenegro projekta. Na poziciji zamenika izvršnog direktora projekta učestvovala je u pregovorima sa Vladom Crne Gore, rukovodila usvajanjem koncepta, planskih dokumenata, dobijanjem potrebnih dozvola za razvoj projekta i razgovorima sa hotelskim operaterima za buduće hotele u okviru projekta. Pre deset godina, Danijela je postala deo tima engleske kompanije za rukovođenje projektima Mace International. Pored rada na poziciji regionalnog rukovodioca za razvoj (jugoistočna Evropa), u njenoj nadležnosti su bili i svi Mace International hotelski projekti u regiji. Krajem 2014. godine, Danijela je kao partner osnovala kompaniju Consili, specijalizovanu za razvoj hotelskih projekata.

Nakon brojnih, uspešno završenih projekata u regionu jugoistočne Evrope, kompanija Royal Group (FAD) iz Abu Dabija angažovala je Consili 2017. godine za poslove upravljanja razvojem i operacijama svojih sedam novih hotela pod brendom “thelocal”. Hoteli se nalaze na četiri različita kontinenta a Danijela vodi Consili tim kao direktor operacija u kompaniji Royal Group (FAD).

Od januara 2021, godine, Danijela se pridružila timu kompanije Edge i zadužena je za razvoj i rukovođenje hotelskim projektima.
